Information Regarding the Delivery of the First VENATOR Series

Dear Customers,


Transparency and quality are our highest priorities. For this reason, we would like to inform you openly that the delivery of the first VENATOR series (300 units) will be postponed from Q4 2025 to Q1 2026.


The reason for this delay lies in quality issues identified in certain components during our internal inspections. In their current state, these parts do not meet our standards and were therefore rejected and returned to our suppliers. The affected components are currently being reworked and newly manufactured.


We understand that a delay can be disappointing—especially for those who have placed their trust in this project from the very beginning. That trust, however, also obliges us to make no compromises when it comes to quality, functionality, and reliability. Delivering a product we cannot fully stand behind is not an option for us.


We are using this additional time deliberately to:


technically optimize the affected components


thoroughly re-inspect all parts


ensure that every VENATOR delivered meets our own high standards


We sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and trust. The first series is something special to us—it marks the beginning of OPOS and the VENATOR platform. All the more reason to ensure that this foundation is built without compromise.
