Shipping and Payment

The following conditions apply:

Shipping Area

Delivery is available to Austria and the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Firearms, essential firearm components and regulated products are shipped strictly in compliance with applicable laws and only to legally authorized persons.

Shipping Costs

Deliveries within Austria

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of € 6.90 incl. VAT per order.
Orders with a total value of € 300.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

Deliveries to other EU member states

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of € 14.70 excl. VAT.
Orders with a total value of € 300.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

Deliveries to Norway

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of € 22.50.
Orders with a total value of € 300.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees for deliveries to non-EU countries are borne by the customer.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery takes place:

within Austria: 3–6 business days
international deliveries: 3–9 business days

The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract or, in the case of advance payment, upon receipt of payment.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If items with different delivery times are ordered, shipment will be made in a single delivery unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is € 15.00.

Additional Payment Information

Payment on invoice is available only for authorities and companies, subject to prior approval.
The invoice amount must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.

For immediate payment methods, payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
