A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which:

you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods; or
in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day on which you or a third party takes possession of the last good.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health, hygiene or safety reasons if unsealed after delivery;
for firearms, essential firearm components or ammunition, where return is excluded by law or public safety regulations.
